Squamish: Zoning changes proposed for downtown. Public Hearing March 14

Affected Lands: Downtown Commerical (C-4) and Comprehensive Development Zone 37 (CD-37) zoned properties that abut Cleveland Avenue and are located between Buckley Avenue and Vancouver Street.

 

Proposed Zoning Amendment: Decrease maximum height permitted in the C-4 of CD-37 zones, only for properties fronting Cleveland Avenue, between the cross streets of Buckley Avenue and Vancouver Street, from 20 m to 10 m or two storeys, whichever is less.
