Applications must be accompanied by two letters of reference from current members of UDI Pacific. Please e-mail reference letters to George Koumbounis gkoumbounis@udi.org.

UDI Pacific membership is corporate and is open to:

• Developers/Builders (Land Developers – Residential, Office/Commercial, Industrial, Recreational, Mixed Use, Institutional)
• Associate Firms (Architecture, Appraisal, Communications, Crown Corporations, Financial, Lending, Law, Real Estate Project Marketing, Construction, Accounting and Business Services, Consulting, Engineering, Government and Government agencies, and Property Management, Utilities, Educators, Environment firms, and Technology companies).

Eligibility

Please note that membership eligibility is currently limited to those firms and organizations listed above. If the applicant firm has offices in more than one region, each office wishing to become a member must apply separately. 

Please complete an application for your particular region: UDI Pacific (lower mainland), UDI Fraser Valley, UDI Capital Region (Victoria and the island), and UDI Okanagan.

When your complete application (includes 2 letters of sponsorship from current UDI members and a signed copy of the Code of Ethics) has been received, it will be presented to the Board of Directors at their following meeting. You will be contacted after approval and added to the UDI database and distribution lists.
