Cambie Corridor Phase 3 – City seeking feedback

June 22, 2017

In 2009, Vancouver launched a three-phase planning program to guide long-term growth in the Cambie Corridor. The first two phases produced the Cambie Corridor Plan (2011), providing direction for new development along major streets.

We’re now working on Phase 3 which focuses on providing more housing options for a diverse, growing population, and guiding the integration of community amenities and public spaces.

We now have a draft plan that proposes policy on housing, areas for change, parks and open space, community well-being, transportation and Unique Sites. These directions also provide concepts and ideas for the Oakridge Municipal Town Centre. We would like your feedback on these draft directions.
