MARPOLE COMMUNITY PLAN
Marpole is one of Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhoods and home to many long-time residents, families, seniors, newcomers and students. Along with a range of housing, it includes a strong industrial base, many transportation options, amenities and services. As Vancouver changes and grows as a city, so does Marpole. With new demand for development, the City is working on a community plan to make sure Marpole grows in ways that meet the needs of the community, Vancouver as a whole and the region.
